For the romantic... - Part 2
Cotton is the traditional gift for a second wedding anniversary. A bit more difficult than paper but I feel like Jason and I were quite creative, both steering clear of the printed pillows plastered all over Pinterest. Tempted as I was to have a cute little pillow printed I knew Jason wouldn't be the one who actually appreciated it.

And yes, I did use the rather corny cotton candy trend for a few gifts - real American influence.

Hand-made card
Print two copies of a candy floss/cotton candy outline, one needs to be reversed/mirrored before printing. Cut along the edges. Write a beautiful letter or poem. Stuff with cotton wool and stick the edges together with sticky dots or VERY strong glue. Lastly, pop a paper straw through the bottom. Free printabes here: http://dbclipart.com/candy-clipart/ |

Jason on the other hand is the king of creative and meaningful. He designed our own family coat of arms by combining the traditional 'Hodges' and 'de Vos' family coat of arms. I love the result. Feel like my tennis game will definitely be on point in this 'Team Hodges' gear.
